Albizia Spirit Calm Tea

Historical Background

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, albizia is known as He Huan Pi, 'collective happiness bark', used to calm the spirit; this blend softens it with European nervines.

Preparation

    Simmer the albizia bark in water for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add linden and lemon balm.

    Steep 5 minutes, then strain.

    Sip slowly, ideally in the evening.

Serving: Enjoy an hour before winding down for the night.

  • Add a few dried rose petals for a more floral aroma

Storage

Store bark and herbs separately in sealed jars.
